Hi students and families,
My name is Mrs. DeMarco and I am a Reading Specialist at the Duval Elementary School. I have a passion
for reading and everything that encompasses, including helping the next generation of learners become proficient readers! Primarily, I teach students in grades three, four and five. However some of you may recognize me from the hallways, at bus duty or in our recent zoom meetings with your class. I hope you are keeping your learning alive while you are at home. I created this site so that you can continue to explore your passion for reading as you learn and discover new knowledge while you are at home.
I started reading The World According to Humphrey aloud, so be sure to click the link under the Read with Mrs. D tab. I will include YouTube links, but you can also subscribe to my YouTube page too! Go find a comfortable chair and blanket and get ready for a fun filled read aloud with me!
